Modeling Progress

We are modeling a sculpture designed by us that represents a story in mythology. I chose the story of Actaeon who was transformed into a stag by Artemis after seeing her bathing in a spring. He was then hunted down by his own dogs and friends in the woods. It is a sad story, but I thought it would be interesting to depict. I plan to show Actaeon hunched on all fours and transforming into a stag and at the same time being hunted and having arrows sticking out from his side.

The progress is slow coming since I feel medling is not my strong suit, but I have a blocked version of the charcter and I hope in the long run it turns out.
